Immunization Information

Students who have not provided documentation that immunizations are up-to-date will not be allowed to attend classes until all immunizations are completed.Parents may visit the Texas Department of Health Services for more information. 2021-22 Texas Minimum State Vaccine Requirements for Students Grades K-12
